Especially, the human resources that are qualified, experienced, responsible and well-educated. Does education background have the real and strong impact on the employees’ performance and productivity in general and how is it reflected in the Ukrainian outsourcing specialists system?

The main confrontation is between cheaper services of Eastern Europe and Asia comparing to more expensive services of US and Western Europe. Ukrainian diplomas have widespread recognition and represent the diverse educational subjects on the syllabus that help the specialists be more flexible and ready to evolve. Comparing the cost of Education in Ukraine and in the USA we see the same striking difference. US education is at least 10 times more expensive than the same professional education in Ukraine. Business-education interaction is also close in Ukraine and that spurs interest of numerous companies all around the globe.

Nonetheless, the diploma does not completely tell it like it is about the education and definitely not about the outsourcing in general. Unfortunately, some Ukrainian higher education establishments are accused of the high level of corruption. The old Ukrainian wisdom says, “Take if you are given, run if you are beaten.” That is why it is hard to judge all professionals according to the statistics. Some call Ukrainian education outmoded and too inward-looking. Partially it is true, because Ukraine did belong to a strong USSR school of education with its advantages and disadvantages. Nevertheless, this problem disappears as soon as the worker starts actually working. To work with the client who is thousand miles away you need to learn understanding and cooperation, open-mindedness and sociability, otherwise you fail to find an employment. Absence of practical knowledge can be named the biggest issue within the topic of education, but it exists in every kind of working sphere to a greater or lesser extent if we refer to novices.
Education is a very important part of outsourcing location choice. One has to figure out what kind of education it is that they are dealing with: profound or poor, recognized or suspicious. Before choosing the team you certainly should consider not only the promises of perfect scores, but accomplishments, as well. Thus, it is even more important whether theoretical knowledge corresponds to the practical implementation. In this case, Ukrainian specialists show good reliable results and legitimately can be called up-and-coming.
