Recipe App Prototype
Description: Mobile recipe app prototype with 3 fully-designed screens, menu, pop-up and navigation description.
Client: US private entrepreneur.
Challenge: Our client had an idea to create a mobile app that will aggregate recipes from the web and recognize ingredients to cook any meal. After user selects some recipe all ingredients appear in a shopping cart ready to be purchased in a click and picked up in the nearby store. Another requirement was to design a simple app with as few steps to complete the purchase as possible. The core issue was to develop a real-looking app since our customer was attracting investment at the stage and needed to provide it to the investors.
Solution: We started from paper sketches and detailed specifications. After that our team designed a UI/UX friendly 3-screen prototype for the app. The prototype design described all main features and functions. The pages contain recipe categories and details on them in the pop-ups. Users are also able to choose different types of packages: Economical, Premium and Organic that allows to choose the most appropriate price.
