Description: Software developers shortlisting using Linkedin.

Customer: Recruitment agency, EU.

Challenge: Our customer requested to select 750 software developers from Eastern Europe using Linkedin. All candidates had to meet the technological criteria provided by our customer. We also had to contact them with vacancy information or referral request.

Solution: It took 10 days to make up a list of 750 software developers (who accepted our contact request) from Eastern Europe. Each candidate was selected according to our customer’s criteria: location, technology and experience. After they had approved our request for connection, we sent a welcome message with information on the vacancy and request for referral once they were not interested in opportunity personally. The response rate over the campaign was 40%.
